What's the difference between Pixie Score and Pixie Pro?▾
Pixie Score tells you where you stand. It's free, forever. Pixie Pro turns the score into a Focused Growth Plan, the action cards that show you what to work on month by month, plus unlimited Hey Pixie, monthly score refreshes, investor-ready exports, and up to five seats. Score is the diagnostic. Pro is the plan.
Can I switch from Score to Pro? Can I downgrade?▾
Yes, either way, at any time. Upgrade and Pro is active immediately. Downgrade and you keep Score, with your data, your score history, and your benchmarks intact.
Is there a free trial of Pixie Pro?▾
Pixie Score is the trial. You get the diagnostic, the domain breakdown, and your top three priorities for nothing. If that's useful and you want the Focused Growth Plan to act on it, upgrade.
How is my Scaleup Score worked out?▾
We benchmark your business across the five domains (Founder & Team, Product & Market, Business & Metrics, Environment & Infrastructure, and Capital Stack) against the current set of active benchmarks drawn from real scaleup data. The result is a single score from 0 to 1000, with a domain-level breakdown so you can see where you're strong and where you're not.
Does Pixie predict whether my startup will scale?▾
No. Pixie does not make predictions about your scaling outcome. The Scaleup Score is a benchmark-based diagnostic. It tells you where you stand today against patterns drawn from real scaleup data. What you do with that is up to you.
Is Hey Pixie an advisor?▾
No. Hey Pixie is a conversational chat, powered by a large language model, with responses informed by your data within wider model context. It answers your questions, surfaces tailored recommendations from your score, and can read documents you upload. It is not a replacement for human advisors and it does not give regulated financial, legal, or investment advice.
Why should I use Pixie instead of my own AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok)?▾

What payment methods do you accept?▾
Card payments via Stripe. Annual billing is available for Pixie Pro with a 17% discount.
What happens to my data if I cancel?▾
Your account is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, your account data is deleted. Score history can be exported before cancellation. Our DPA and Privacy Policy cover the detail.
