Pixie is a business intelligence platform that gives scaling founders a Scaleup Score (0-1000) across five domains: Founder & Team, Product & Market, Business & Metrics, Environment & Infrastructure, and Capital Stack.
Is Pixie free to use?
Yes. Pixie Score is free forever. It includes your full Scaleup Score, domain breakdown, top three priorities, and limited Hey Pixie queries. Pixie Pro (£49/month) unlocks action cards, unlimited Hey Pixie, and investor-ready exports.
How do I get started?
Sign up at heypixie.ai/start. The onboarding takes around ten minutes.
What kind of startup is Pixie for?

The Scaleup Score
How is my Scaleup Score calculated?
Your score is calculated across 50+ active benchmarks grouped into five key business domains. Each benchmark compares your current state against what the evidence shows scaling companies do. The result is a score from 0 to 1000.
What are the five domains?
Founder & Team, Product & Market, Business & Metrics, Environment & Infrastructure, and Capital Stack.
What is a benchmark?
A benchmark is a specific, measurable indicator of scaling readiness. For example, whether you have a documented growth model or whether your unit economics meet scaling thresholds.
How often does my score refresh?
On the free Pixie Score plan, your score refreshes quarterly. On Pixie Pro, it refreshes monthly.
Data and security
Where does Pixie’s data come from?
Pixie draws on your connected third-party data (Xero, HubSpot, Stripe, LinkedIn), documents you upload, and your questionnaire responses. You control what you share.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Pixie runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We operate in a private AI environment - your data is never used to train AI models.
Does Pixie sell my data?
No. Pixie never sells user data.
What is Hey Pixie?
Hey Pixie is a conversational AI assistant personalised to your Scaleup Score data. It answers questions and surfaces recommendations based on your specific situation.

What is included in Pixie Pro?
Pixie Pro (£49/month) includes everything in the free plan plus smartly generated action cards (your Focused Growth Plan), unlimited Hey Pixie, monthly score refresh, investor-ready exports, up to five seats, and priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in on monthly plans.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves 17% - the equivalent of paying for ten months and getting twelve.
